Dharitri founded Jivada in October 2019, driven by her dedication to sustainability and women’s empowerment. As an entrepreneur since 2009, she led a renewable energy and infrastructure company, emphasizing sustainability and social impact. Despite pandemic challenges, she revived Jivada’s plans in 2023. With over two decades in the non-profit sector, she intertwines wellness, beauty, and social impact. Her commitment to sustainability and women’s empowerment is evident in empowering nearly 10,00,000 women and girls living in poverty. Climate action is central to her work. Rooted in childhood experiences, Dharitri prioritizes natural products, rejecting short-term beauty solutions for long-term well-being and planet health. Her motto, “Planet and People over profit,” drives her values-driven approach. Jivada reflects authenticity, sustainability, and the belief that beauty transcends age, embodying Dharitri’s commitment to nurturing individuals and the planet.
