JIVADA verifies the email addresses to ensure important communication about orders and shipments are reaching our customers. Email addresses that have an invalid domain, no mail server, or no mail box, fail the verification processes , JIVADA reserves the right to disable / suspend/ cancel the account if such accounts that fail the email verification process.

After completing the log in process in our website i.e. JIVADA.in , follow the below mentioned steps Step 1: Click on the Category of your choice. Step 2: Click on SHOP NOW. Step 3: Click on ADD TO CART. Step 4: Click on CHECKOUT where you must complete the details of your order and place your order successfully. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. It will include your order ID and estimated time of delivery

Unfortunately after the order is placed, you cannot add new products to the order but you can always place a new order for the desired products. If you wish to remove products from your order, then you will have to cancel the order and place a fresh order

You will receive a notification on your email/phone number with shipment details once your order is dispatched. It will include the shipment number/AWB and the name of the carrier service. You can track your order at our website or you can also write to us at namaste@jivada.in

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs. 500, which may change from time to time. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out as final. How safe is it to use my debit card/credit card /UPI number or online payment on JIVADA? We use the HDFC Secure payment gateway for card payments, UPI and also for Net banking. These are standard secure payment methods so that we can ensure that all your online transactions with us are processed in an extremely safe manner. You’ll be redirected to your individual bank’s page where you’ll have to enter required details.

You can ship the product/products while checking out by filling your address as the ‘Billing address’, and “Shipping address” where you wish to ship it to.

We assure you best of quality products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But if still you want to cancel your order, then you can do so before packing of your shipment or within 2 hours of placing order. Please refer our cancelation and refund policy.

We try our best to keep JIVADA Products available for our esteemed customers. But for any reason, if any product listed as “Out of Stock” then are not available for immediate sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in the stock

All domestic orders are processed within one business day. The delivery of the order is expected to complete within 3-7 business day. You can track your order by log in to your profile page.

GST is , we will charge VAT & GST on all online orders. All prices shown are GST inclusive
