Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouses by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow 5 -7 number of business days for delivery from receipt of your order.
Jivada is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.

In case you received a wrong item/product missing case.
In case a wrong product has been delivered or the product is missing in the package, please send us an email to namaste@jivada.in or call on 9124301222 within 48 hours of the delivery date with the following details.

Clear images of the products received & label on the outside package to verify the details.
Once we receive all these details, our customer delight team will address your query within 24 hours.
In case you have received a damaged item.
If you claim the product leaked or it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email to namaste@jivada.in or call on 9124301222 within 48 hours of the delivery date with the following details.

Images and videos of unboxing to support the complaint with a batch number that is mentioned near the MRP

Cancellation Policy :
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at namaste@jivada.in within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.
An order, once delivered, can & will not be returned.
In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you.
